First time I've read a book by Michael Phillips/Judith Pella. I was not sure if I'd even like a story written about Scotland in the 1800's, plus this book is some 600 + pages.
But I loved it! I soon fell in love with the Ramsey/ Duncan family.The book has romance,
suspense, mystery, greed, deception,kidnapping and murder.Can't wait to read the sequel
the Syonewycke Legacy.
