This is one of the best recipe books for organized people! The sections are separated by the protein used: breakfast & brunch, poultry, beef, pork, and vegetable. This way, I can flip to the section I need based on what meat I have on hand and ready to go.
The recipes are very good, easy to follow, and usually pretty well-rounded.
