I enjoyed this debut mystery involving the MC's Julie and Hanna. Julie was an antiquities bounty hunter who left to get away from an art theft ring for the wine country of Straussberg, Missouri. There she accepts her new position as manager of the Quilt Haus Inn of which she has no experience and Hannah is hired as the cook, a job which she loves. Daniel Franklin, an historian arrives to the inn, not to quilt but for a place to stay while he seeks the location of a sunken steamship. Once he finds its location in a farmer's field, with the help of his friend George, a whole mystery evolves. Someone doesn't want the steamship to be excavated, thus a murder occurs along with a road rage incident and a fire to a bunkhouse near the excavation site. Julie, Daniel and Hanna try to come to the bottom of who the murderer is and and why that someone didn't want the steamship to be excavated. I am looking forward to reading the next book in the series.
