I thought this was a strange cookbook. The author(s) state that West Coast cooking is a mixture of American, Mexican, and Spanish cuisines. This book features many avocados. There are color photos, but they may not be of the dish prepared. Nutritional information is included. This is the first BookSumo book that I wasn't impressed with; I've reviewed it several times to confirm. None of the recipes spoke to me at all.
