Stanley gets himself involved in yet another bizarre case but this time it is a friend of Alice's...well, at least a woman that car-pools with her. Being the gentleman and good TV-type detective, he is loath to reveal the woman's problem and in taking this stand, is almost arrested for murder. As usual, this is great entertainment to read although there is a bit more vulgar language than I like so I skip through that. :)
