Here Is Where: Discovering America's Great Forgotten History by Andrew Carroll is part travelogue and part history book. It tells of his trip around the country to gather and recounts bits of American history that have national significance but have been all but forgotten. A combination of history, trivia, and travel. An enlightening and entertaining read for a history buff.
