This is the book from which the old TV series The Flying Nun was made. It is a treasure. Sister Bertrille, tiny and with a big hat, takes off with the Puerto Rican wind and life for the nuns and their students, to say nothing of the townspeople, is never again the same. Fifteenth pelican? - well - just suffice it to say that Sister Bertille needs aid from some sort of tutor.
