This is a wonderful cookbook with easy to follow recipes! It gave me feelings of such special connection to the historical time of Jesus. From Mediterranean Cheese Tart, Lebanese Fresh Fruit Salad, Ezekiel's Bread, Tabbouleh, Curried Lamb, Moussaka, Broiled Salmon with Lime and Cilantro, Apple-Filled Acorn Squash, to Grape Honey this cookbook rocks!
