Light, fast to read: I finished it during one (televised) hockey game.

Book description tells the plot premise. Pro athletes, through a misunderstanding, attend an environmental conference. Initial friction. Uneasy compromises. By the end, of course, understanding is reached, interesting dating alliances develop, and A Good Time Is Had By All.
Starts with stereotyped characters -- environmentalists, academics, athletes -- who develop primarily through plot elements.

Consistent misuse of "it's" should have been caught in editing.
