One of the better Nocturne books I've read lately, it has me requesting the rest of the series. Lyra is an independent, feisty heroine who isn't completely happy about falling in love with a powerful vampire. I liked Theron's often bemused reaction to Lyra's tough innocence, and the alternate world of Necropolis is a place I'm looking forward to reading more about. The first 2 books in the series are Blood Secrets and Dark Lies. The two after this book are The Vampire's Quest and The Vampire's Kiss.
