This book has some stories I found dry regarding politics. I thought the drawings were great. His discriptions of the people were very good. I enjoyed the humor in the book and would have liked more of that. I learned a great deal about some of the generals and politicians that I wasn't even aware of. Overall I enjoyed the book and would recommend it to anyone interested in people of the civil war.
