I really enjoyed this book about 2 women with the only thing in common is the respect they paid to an old "character" in town. When the old woman dies and leaves them both some expensive jewellery they finally have the chance to do life over.

Deciding what to do with their inheritance(s) and if it changes their lives makes for an intriguing read.
