This is the 3rd book in the "Baby Bonds" Trilogy by Karen Rose Smith.

summary:
A man returns to his hometown to help his brother's widow, who is pregnant. He has issues to confront because of how his father treated him. She has issues because she had a thing for him years ago, before she married the brother. When he married, she knew he didn't want her in his life and she ended up married to his brother instead. Now he is back, and the feelings are still there, but can they overcome all the obstacles that confront them?
