This one was one of those weird amnesia plots. Sometimes I wondered if Westmorland experienced a personality change after his head injury rather than a simple change of heart. But once he got most of his memory back, the plot changed gears into something involving a half-baked mission to take down a crooked shipping company and Georgiana's attempts at breaking her betrothal while untangling from the lies of her own making. Though the romance was sweet, overall it just felt disjointed. 3 stars.
