Workman like writing, but not inspired in any way. The story procedes, but ploddingly, rather than pulling the reader in, I found I had to work at finishing the book. When I got to the end, I wondered why it was over, without finishing.
I wouldn't recommend this book, but I like more engaging characters, and much more action.
