This book was wild. The love scenes were stirring, and the plot was so way out, it sounded like an old movie/Shakespearean role-switching extravaganza. The setting is the French Revolution, which is hardly humorous, but this book was full of humor. I have never read a romance quite like this-- the heroine is brave, the hero is almost disregarded in the beginning, although I knew his identity only 1/4 of the way through it. It's sort of a Zorro plot (although not quite that either), in which the characters are hiding their identities by day and emerging at night seeking justice as well as profit. It's a complete fantasy, but that's why it's so much fun.
