Three novellas about the men of the band "Sole Regret".
Try Me: Melanie is only at the concert to support her friend Nikki who is obsessed with the band's lead singer Shade. Melanie is strait laced, not at all into the music, & certainly not into the tattooed pierced band members. Gabe, the band's drummer, sits next to her at an after party incognito and strikes up a conversation with her. Liking this woman who isn't falling all over him and actually is a great conversationalist has him intrigued. Spending the night together opens a whole new world up for her and his him looking at his life in a different perspective.
Tempt Me: Adam is the band's lead guitarist who has a history of drug abuse and a soft spot for Madison. She's the woman who counseled him through some tough times and he sees her every time the band is in town. Trying to sort through their feelings for each other with a long distance romance comes some revelations, an ongoing fight with Shade, truth, and lies.
Take Me: Shade, the lead singer of the band, is an arrogant, conceited, divorced father with a darling little girl who's ex wife hates him. He loves his kid but doesn't get to spend much time with her since he's always on the road. Amanda, his ex's sister sends him pictures and video so he can stay in the loop with his daughter. Always comfortable around her where he can be himself and not a rock god has the two of them at a crossroad in their friendship. Exploring possibilities has them in the hot seat. Also, Shade and Adam are still fighting.
