As most of Wegman's photographs with his dogs--adorable. This one is a kid's book, not a photography book. It's a story, and the dogs have speech/thoughts given to them. They also have hands (I don't remember those from others of his work, but I may have just not noticed). The story is amusing, but mainly serves to provide some tie together of all the pictures. Which, really, is all it needs to do, because the dogs carry the pictures themselves!
