Avery Murray is given to Cameron MacAlpin in payment of a debt. He intends to use her against her brother Payton, because Payton is alledged to have ruined Cameron's sister. Before he can do this, however, he finds himself tempted by her spirit. His honor as a knight and his passion begin to war against each other.
