This book just wasn't what I was expecting. It didn't have the sort of information and/or recommendations for certain ailments that I was looking for, no dosage info. either. It pretty much gives you a basic suggestion for treatment and tells you to visit a homeopathic doctor. Heck, if I had the $ to go to one I wouldn't be reading a book for this info. There were also a lot of case studies that I didn't find informative. I don't feel like I learned a thing from this book besides the fact that I need to go find a homeopathic doctor to get the real skinny on treatment.

Here's one cure for Painful Periods: "I gave Maria Lac Lioninum, homeopathic lion's milk. Maria's headaches & menstrual symptoms greatly reduced. " Now, tell me, how does this help the average person? I have no idea how big this Maria person is in relation to myself and even if I did it wouldn't matter because no dosage of any sort is ever mentioned. Others may find this useful and interesting but I'll continue my search for a homeopathic guide that actually teaches me something.
