I only just started reading this book & it's blown me away how much truth & relevance it has shown me. I can honestly say this book has already not only found me at just the right time in my life, it has also validated my God given right to learn how to live comfortably in my own body. Hurt is not my enemie, the memories & damages done from the people who inflicted these pains also not my enemies, my enemy has always been my struggle against sitting idle out of iggnorance in certain areas of my life. This book helps me understand how to learn to find balance within through all i have endured in life. A definite suggested readthis book.
