A rake's slice of life memoir. Written in first person - he's arrogant and unrepentant. He loves two women and seems surprised when they use him as they please! The author offers a couple of very original sexual situations. The tone is very close to the historic pulp piece "The Oyster" where not only the characters sexual escapades are documented, but also 'stories' are related; as if the mere telling of a sexual scene were erotic. Just like the hero in the book, I cannot hate it for what it is.
