Special Agent Riley Crane woke up in a beach cottage fully dressed, a gun under her pillow, and covered in blood. Even more frightening, she didn't remember what had happened the night before. She barely remembered anything about the previous three weeks. As the Special Crimes Unit expert on the occult, Riley has been sent to Opal Island by her enigmatic chief Noah Bishop to investigate reports of dangerous occult activity. But she's awoken to discover that she's got a sexy new man in her life and an unreliable memory, and that the clairvoyant abilities she's always depended on to protect her are MIA. Now she'll have to feel her way throught a deadly game of blindman's bluff. For what Riley can't remember is more than enough to cost her, her life.

This is another of Kay Hoopers, Bishop series, and once again Kay has keep you wondering who Agent Riley can really trust, when she can't remember what has happened and that she has lost her abilities that she has relied on for so long. Another great book.
