This is a good starting place for beginner vegetarians and beginner cooks as well. As an intermediate cook I was pleased by the level of detail and step by step photos of some basic techniques, and pleasantly surprised by some new information as well ( like how to make your own tofu.) More experienced cooks who just want a recipe collection and are already well versed on ingredients and nutrition may want to try something else.
