I had to make myself read it slow cause I didn't want it to end. It was a page turner to me and I felt like I was in the small town of Valentine Bay. The story was well written and loved the characters. The setting was in present tense and could picture a lot of it in my mind. This is one of my favorite author's and you won't be disappointed with the story itself. Don't be surprised when you realize you have read in a weekend for I couldn't put it down and that is why I had to pace to myself cause I didn't want it to end too fast.
