Although the writing is unpolished in places, Erica Black does a commendable job chronicling her days in the title role. As a lesbian who was a virgin to male sexual encounters before her first day as a call girl in a small city, she has a unique perspective on a slice of male sexuality. Her detachment from men also lends her a more pragmatic approach to escort service as a business. Part how-to guide and part expose, Black offers useful advice for any one wanting to establish herself as an upscale call girl and an eye-opening overview of how the scene works from the screenings to websites where the hobbyists review providers like meals at restaurants. Nothing entirely salacious here except the hobbyist reviews, this book is a quick and informative read.
