Bridget isn't the type of girl a person wants to be friends with, and those who are might regret the friendship. I was thrown for a loop with this book; it wasn't what I thought it would be about. I was pleasantly surprised as the plot moved forward as Bridget became aware of the situation she was in. The ending was rather shocking, in my opinion, but a proper ending for the story. It's nice to see that bad girls don't finish first unless they change their ways.
Overall, the writing and character development was great. I found myself torn between liking and hating Bridget through the entire story. It's not the type of story I would generally select for myself but I was glad I grabbed a copy from NetGalley. It was definitely worth reading and I'll make sure to recommend it.
