The continuing true story (of the book One Man's Medicine) of Scottish Dr. Morris Gibson's practice in a isolated frontier town in the Canadian Rockies after his move from his home in Yorkshire. The rest of the story you might say. The James Herriot of human physicians. Setting up practice in the the 1950's. With them you live through their adjustments from a cushy practice in upper class England to simple, raw pioneers in a one room school house as an office.
Their triumphs and their tears. A wonderful mix of compassion, laughter, and tears. This book was as great as the last one! A must read for both!
