I could not put this book down! Leslie Kelly's Night Whispers is sexy, sweet, sensual, tender, passionate and honest.
Kelsey Logan has been in love with Mitch Wymore for most of her life. He was the rebellious boy who'd come to live with her family whenever his parents were away on their latest dig. He was her brother's best friend. And he was the recipient of all of her mischievous pranks.
The reformed, straight-as-an-arrow Mitch has always considered Kelsey as this little sister he never had... though she was often a pain in his rear, given all the tricks she pulled on him. But when her mother asks if she could rent a room in his house while he's out of town, he can't say no.
A lot has changed since Mitch last saw Kelsey and yet a lot hasn't. Sure she's grown into a sinfully gorgeous woman with a velvetty voice (far different from the knees and elbows girl of the past), but she still loves Mitch. And her new job as a night DJ discussing every aspect about sex, fantasies, relationships and love is sure to seduce him, remind him to rebel now and again, and teach him to love her as an equal.
This was a fast-paced, sexy story with honesty, sass, wit and a little intrigue. I thoroughly enjoyed this book.
