Second in the eco-thriller trilogy set in our nation's capital. Continues the chillingly realistic tale of the people you met in "Forty Signs of Rain" caught in the collision of science, technology and the consequences of global warming which triggers a winter of temperatures of 50 degrees below. A highly recommended trilogy that readers of all genres will enjoy. I can't wait to begin the final book in the trilogy, "Sixty Days and Counting"
