Loved the movie! I thought the book was okay. There were too many asides discussing the supposed edits - what the narrator/author was leaving out. I felt the appendix (?) dealing with the baby was disjointed and had too much of the NY Jewish flavor to it. It was cute in the movie when Billy Crystal did it - not so much in the book. I preferred Peter Falk as the narrator. I know, first world complaints - so sue me. Just my opinion...
