I like to read books written by Kaye Dacus. She writes clean Christian novels and I had been looking forward to reading this book about Forbes and Alaine. But, I was disappointed at the ending of this book. I remember thinking when I got close to the end that there wasn't much time to resolve the big legal issue,and then it just seemed that the ending was too rushed and was unbelievable. I think Kaye needed another chapter or so to fully develop the ending. It was like a big build up to the climax of the story and then instead of a big bang...pfffffft all the air leaked out. Still I'll add this to my keeper books because I have the other two.
