I did like this book, but perhaps my expectations were just too high because it was a little dissapointing for me. I expected a more realistic story. I like Christian literature, but I want it the characters to be "real" and Michael Hosea, in my opinion, was not. Nor was the Altman family. A little too perfect, a little too charmed, a little too . . . .ideal.

Not quite the book I expected. Time would have been better spent with another.
