It's been 5 years since Detective Amanda Steele's daughter and husband have been killed in Dumfries, VA. Her driver who killed her family is found murdered in a motel room. Amanda is in a race to prove that she can uncover the truth. This is book 1 of the Detective Amanda Steele series. It is full of secrets, mysteries and suspense. It has great characters and the plot is such that it forced me to read to a very surprising ending. I'm looking forward to book 2. If you like redemption in your thrillers then you will love this book.
