This is a great resource for someone looking for ideas for vegetarian/vegan meals, plus there are a lot of other resources and information here. If you have a child who has decided to go vegan or perhaps your family wants to try to eat vegetarian a couple times a week, this will help you come up with ideas for mealtime or snacks. Nice variety and most recipes offer vegan/dairy options. I bought this when I was taking a one-month vegetarian challenge and I still refer to it often! I won't be parting with my copy, but I highly recommend this one.
