First time reading Jaime Rush and it wasnt that bad this book is about a group of people called Offspring but they have abilities like seeing auras which Amy can see but she also hears voices from the dead. There are others like Lucas that can enter people in their dreams but he can do things from being intimate with Amy to warning people but also can kill 'targets' on orders. I secretive group of the government is trying to & capture these Offspring either voluntarily or by force and they got their hands on Lucas when he try to warn Amy about him but the head person of this group wants Lucas to kill terrorists with his dream waving abilities but also killing him in the process. So Amy finds clues to Lucas's real life but also in the process finds his friends Eric and Petra Aruda, they two have abilities but they are off the grid to keep the agents from finding them and with them and Amy will come up with a plan to get Lucas out as well as a newcomer and with the help of Amy's 'uncle' they are on a mission to save lives.
