Great book, Tons of recipes not just for Christmas.
Here are a few:
3 pages of different cheese balls, Crab and mushroom dip, Hummus, Guacamole, Chicken wings, hot crab spread. Broccoli slaw, Minted wild rice salad, relishes, sauces, Black bean chili, Baked potato soup, 5 chowder recipes, breads, rolls, muffins, cakes, pies. Different ways people from across the country serve Christmas dinner, roasted goose, honey baked ham to Saki flank steak. Recipes from New York, Washington, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Iowa, New Mexico, Colorado, Illinois, New Jersey, California, Maine, just to name a few. This is truly a unique book, it has so many different types of foods in it from different parts of the country. It's neat to see how other states and cultures celebrate the holidays. But like I said this book is for any time of the year not just Christmas. Title should be different.
