Great read! I had wanted to read this for a while & finally got a copy & it was everything I had expected & more! I couldn't put it down once I got started. I related to the main character Lily immediately & anyone who grew up in the South in the 60s would recognize lots of details that will bring back memories. I liked it so much I want to read more by this author & also check out the movie!
