First time I read a book by this author. It was a good story. Enjoyed both the heroine and hero.

Josie Clark came to Council City on a mission to rid the West of the evils of liquor. Caught in an altercation outside the local saloon, she blackens the eye of the deputy, who makes her spend the night in jail. And when she comes face-to-face with the ruggedly handsome sheriff, all she can do is pray that her not-so-saintly past will stay hidden.
