I didn't know what "Boondocking" was when I picked up this book, but the synopsis sounded like so much fun. It was. It was funny, it was serious, it was just an endearing read. It was about life within a family after a tragedy. Trying to hold together a marriage while traveling together in an RV. It is about truth and what home means, and the resilience to keep on fighting for the life you once had. Oh it's not all serious. You'll chuckle too. How can it not be chuckle worthy? A retired couple living in an Rv ( I see a problem brewing here)depending on their resourcefulness and wits? The authors way with words is smooth. I liked her personality. It shone through with her imagination. Yup, I did enjoy this book. I would read more by this author.
