It was published 2 to 3 years after Seuss's death (September, 1991), I would like to think this was not written by him, it definitely wasn't illustrated by him, it has all the hallmarks of something written by a marketing campaign (what the heck is the Cat in the Hat doing there?!?), the focus of the book seems to be mean/weird adult caracatures, and there really isn't much of a moral.
