Pure fiction, but enjoyable all the same. What I liked was the flow of the book. The characters were great., there was no great angst and unnecessary secret keeping. For a guy who was psychologically damaged, he divulged quite freely with her. She had a lot of spunk, she called a spade a spade. All aspects of this series fell into place quite realistically without seeming contrived. Usually with a series one instalment may not be so good, but you read it anyway for completion. Both were great. Wish they had a third brother.
