Very touching love story, excellently written as usual by Carla Kelly. This is the 3rd of a series about 3 sisters, the first two are "Marrying the Captain" and "The Surgeon's Lady". All three of the heroes are military men, during the Napoleonic Wars. More realistic than the usual Regencies. I recommend reading all of them in order.
