This is what a vampire book should be instead of the fluffy lovey books that there are so many of.

Nathanial Cade is sworn by a blood oath to protect the president. He is teamed with a young, cocky, White House staffer, Zach Barrows who has never believed in let alone met a vampire before! Together they fight to control the "monsters" who threaten our country.

Dark humor, good charactors, suspense make this book a must read for "real" vampire fans that are in search of a good, something different story.

I love the team of Cade and Zach and look forward to more.
