The lead characters were likable and there were lovely descriptions of English cathedrals and tea time. It felt like a cozy mystery but looks like a thriller, and the level of darkness connected with the final resolution of the murder was too much for this gentle reader. I won't be looking for another book by this author. Admittedly, it is probably not wise to have book 15 be the first book you try in a series, so hopefully you will have a difference experience.
