I did like the general story, but the acceptingness of the hero, so far back in the day, with the heroiness time travel was a tad much. I liked their relationship, and hers with his men. It was very, in a simple term, nice. I like it when the heroine gets along with the hero's friends/family. Towards the end, the fatefull event happens that anyone reading the book would expect to happen, and I cried a bit, as expected. The end was wrapped tidely up, a little too bit to, but the story was still cute.
