I have tried, for years now, to trade this book at various used bookstores, to trade it online, and even to give it away, always with no success. It is perhaps the most undesirable book ever. No one is interested in a book about not having sex. No one.
On that note, this book would make a great (half-serious) gag gift. For instance, say you have an adult friend who really loves "Daredevil" comic books and related merchandise. For his birthday, you could give him a Daredevil/Ben Affleck action figure, and then this book, THE NEW CELIBACY, along with it. (You could tie one to the other with a festive ribbon.) Not only will it induce a chuckle at your friend's no doubt sparsely attended birthday party, but it will certainly come in handy to him later on.
