I don't know how you'd even begin to critize this book. I haven't had much opportunity in my life to reflect on the nature of forgiveness. This book certainly gave me a push in that direction. Mr. Wiesenthal's experience as related in this book is quite frankly unbelievable. Just when I would think the emotional punch couldn't possibly get worse it did. This is a story that needs to be more widely known. Yes, it is a story of the holocaust but it allows you to think all of life in a different way. It isn't confined in that place in history.
