This is one book in a series by re-known Food Industry consultant, Joyce Goldstein, for the Williams Sonoma Kitchen Library: [1] Beef. [2] Fish. [3] Pork & Lamb [4] Mediterranean Cooking and [5] Soup for Supper. [6] The Complete Grilling Cookbook. [7] Pasta, [8] Pies & Tarts. [9] Hors D'Oeuvres & Appetizers. [10] Chicken. [11] Pizza [12] Cakes, Cupcakes & Cheesecakes [13] Stews. [14] Holiday Baking. [15] Ice Creams & Sorbets [16] Vegetarian. [17] Muffins & Quick Breads [18] Beans & Rice. [19] Breakfast & Brunches [20] Stir-Fry [21] Cookies & Biscotti [22] Mexican Favorites [23] Thanksgiving ---to name a few.

This is a great cooking book with many color pictures. It uses mostly easy to find ingredients, it goes step-by-step and doesn't assume you know something you may not (as other cookbooks sometimes do). Mostly the dishes are healthy. I wish they would re- print this series.

Incredible must haves!
