If you know me, you know I am not into romance novels or audios. I really adored this audio book. the narrator was excellent, all the characters were so likeable. The story was cute, fun, believable, except for maybe the length of time the Congressman was taking off for R &R. There is a cute sheep involved, a fun red head, a hermit, and a congressman.
I only had to skip over one gag me Sex scene. We get it they are hot for each other and the earth moved. Ok ok Ok.
This was worth your time to listen to, it was not too long, and it is a very good boy meets girl, they spar, they fall in love and have great sex, they fall apart over a misunderstanding, and of course true love prevails, but what do you expect from a romance.
I ordered this thinking I was getting a mystery, this is not a mystery even though Tami Hoag is know for mysteries, this is one of her earlier works. She did a great job, it is kind of chick lit. It reminds me of Mary Kay Andrews, or Kinsella type of books.
